1)   Hospital facilities and development, including an Ultra-modern Center of Excellence Hospital in Lusaka, as well as three diagnostic health facilities in Lusaka, Livingstone and on the Copperbel[1];

2)   Multi Facility Economic Zones (MFEZ) Incentives are designed to promote and facilitate domestic and export oriented business in Zambia. At present there are five MFEZ areas planned in Zambia, whereof two are to be situated in Lusaka. MFEZ Priority Sectors within the health sector are:

     i.  Manufacture of pharmaceutical products;

     ii. Repair and maintenance of medical equipment;

     iii. Provision of laundry services to medical institutions;

     iv. Ambulance services;

      v. Medical laboratory services;

     vi. Diagnostic services;

    vii. Other medical services.

3)   Cancer treatment; facilities and equipment;

4)   Specialist diagnostic and treatment services to non-communicable diseases (NCDs) other than cancer, such as cardio-vascular, liver and renal;

5)   Infection control, equipment and program support;

6)   Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) or MoUs health care provision;

7)   Technical assistance[2].
